1. For the active, associated and correspondent members of CE.Liège: the right of using the Cork Mark is granted free of expenses, but these members cannot pass this right to others.

2. The contract for the license of use is in force for a period of 3 years.

3. For the companies that have been certified with Systecode, the fees are as follows:

3.1. Use of the Cork Mark in 2 countries (maximum): 400,00 €
3.2. Use of the Cork Mark in 1 to 8 countries (included): 800,00 €
3.3. Use of the Cork Mark in 1 to 15 countries (included): 1 200,00 €
3.4. Use of the Cork Mark in 1 to 25 countries (included): 1 600,00 €
3.5. Use of the Cork Mark in more than 25 countries 2 000,00 €

4. For other products not included in the International Code of Cork Stoppers Manufacturing practices :

4.1. Use of the Cork Mark in 2 countries (maximum): 1 600,00 €
4.2. Use of the Cork Mark in 1 to 8 countries (included): 2 000,00 €
4.3. Use of the Cork Mark in 1 to 15 countries (included): 2 400,00 €
4.4. Use of the Cork Mark in 1 to 25 countries (included): 2 800,00 €
4.5. Use of the Cork Mark in 1 to 25 countries (included): 3 200,00 €

5. The companies not complying with the Code and not certified SYSTECODE, or that are not associated to any Member association of CE.Liège the costs will be increased in 25%.
